Erwin Alampay

Erwin Alampay obtained his PhD at the University of Manchester. He currently teaches at the National College of Public Administration and Governance in the University of the Philippines in Diliman. He is also the Regional Coordinator for Asia and the Pacific for the Amy Mahan Research Fellowship Program to Assess the Impact of Public Access to ICT, as well as a Research Fellow with LirneAsia.
