The research design for the Global Impact Study was informed by the phase one of our project — a year of exploratory fieldwork in three pilot countries — Bangladesh, Chile, and Lithuania.
The resulting research questions and methodologies allow us to examine a variety of issues and capture different levels of public access ICT use and impact. The diagram below illustrates the overall structure of the research design.
